Our Business Executives are the ?tailors? of DAP. They work closely with the customer to identify the customer?s logistics requirement, frequency of usage and budget to produce a tailored package. Under certain circumstances, the tailors might request to go on job training at the customer?s company to have a better understanding of the company?s operation system.
The Operation Division works hand in hand with the New Business Department to cater to the customer?s delivery needs. Also known as ?route planners?, they are the core of the delivery. Right here at DAP, our route planners are trained to be logical, impartial and yet flexible in their job.
All new staffs are also required to be put under this division for job training.

Products :
We Provide Following Services: 1. Distribution Solution Storage, Packing, Distribution:- This service includes daily update of warehouse inventory and In Stock/Out Stock details via e-mail, packing of product in accordance to customer?s requirements (if applicable) and distribution in accordance to recipient?s requirement. To date, we have a proven track record of meeting the customer?s requirements and dateline either for premiums distribution or order fulfillment. 2. Day/Night Courier Service:- Day Courier Service - This service consists of Normal Service for delivery within the same day and Express Service to cater to the urgency of the document. Night Courier Service - Unique Delivery Time of 1800h - 2200h to residential and commercial buildings. 3. Gift Redemption Programs Solutions:- Gift Redemption Hotline - Dedicated Phone Line to attend to customer?s enquiries 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Record of call-ins and details of enquires sent to customers daily via e-mail - Includes name and contact number of customers, feedback of your product/services and also be a arranged. Warehouse Storage (if required) and inventory update - Daily update via e-mail/fax to keep you updated on the stock inventory. Collection Centre for customer to collect their gifts. 4. Letter-Shopping & Mail Management:- Mail Merge, insertion of Mails into designated envelopes, label and send via courier/mail. Ideal for Invitation Cards, New Product Pamphlets and Target Marketing.
