The Ag Depot is a full service warehousing, distribution and production facility, which provides a wide array of services in one convenient location. The Ag Depot functions as a packaged and bulk terminal facility with both repackaging and manufacturing services. Segregated manufacturing rooms are set up with separate air handling systems and dedicated lines. Bulk and packaged transportation fleets are available for customers requiring those services. Inventory control, EDI/SAP, and bar coding capabilities are available, as well as returnable container rental, handling and tracking.

The facility's capabilities reduce logistical expense for our customers by providing flexibility to move between container sizes and products quickly and efficiently, dramatically increasing customer service by reducing delivery times and costly year-end inventory issues. Bulk can be repackaged quickly into small volume returnable containers or specific packaging to compensate for the shift in customer needs. Likewise, raw material may be brought into the facility to be formulated and packaged as necessary, responding immediately to market demand.

The Ag Depot has access to a research farm and technical team capable of assisting manufacturers with field trials and local demonstrations. The Ag Depot also maintains relationships with two internet companies. These companies can provide new and different outlets for customers to (1) relieve excess inventory with other vendors, distributors, dealers, and/or customers; or (2) to go directly to the farmer via the internet, with reduced overhead costs.

The Ag Depot is currently working on its Foreign Trade Zone status and intends to become a fully authorized FTZ by 2006. Customers will be able to take advantage of lower duty rates on products imported and exported for manufacture, and delay paying duty on products until they hit the retail market.

The Ag Depot is a full service warehousing, distribution and production facility SERVICES AVAILABLE Inventory reporting Quality product management Lot code tracking Section 18 labeling, repackaging Pallet consolidation, repackaging if necessary Packaged transportation The Ag Depot offers a full range of bulk product handling and distribution services: -Lease 14, 000 and 5, 500-gallon stainless steel bulk tanks for storage purposes on annual or multi-year contracts. -Lease 15 gallon returnable containers. -Returnable containers are prepared for distribution utilizing our sophisticated bar coding system which tracks tank destinations, products and maintenance history. -All bulk products are filled by weight to ensure inventory accuracy. Filling takes place directly from bulk storage tanks. The containers are then sealed and made ready for delivery. -Inside/outside tank cleaning services are available for various container sizes. All tanks go through the following procedures: disassembled, outside wash, inside rinse, inside wash with detergent or solvent, inside final rinse, outside final rinse, drying of tank, water treatment, and computer tracking. -Tank maintenance is available for replacement of seals as necessary, reassembling kegs, pressure testing and replacement parts. -Bulk transportation services are available.
