The aim of our services is to co-ordinate different administrative and technical teams with the requirements of the township/services and occupant/consumers and render effective management maintenance & operation in the following strategic modes:
* Observation of the size and layout of the township/service plants, its occupants/consumers and their nature of activities in order to adapt the design of the various systems. * Design a system of administration to cater to requirement of the township/services and its occupant/consumers. * Inspection of various plants and equipment by technical personnel and thereby design a system of maintenance& operation, considering the nature of activities its occupants/consumers.
* Design the security system after considering all the factors referred above. * Computerized designing of the accounts system. *Computerized designing of the administrative system. * Implementation of the system of administration. * Implementation of the system of maintenance.*Implement the operation system * Implementation of the system of security. * Implementation of the accounting & tarriff collection system.
*Recruitment of adequate number of effective personnel thereby to execute the implemented design and programme of administration , maintenance & operation. *Appointment of suitable technical personnel / Agencies to execute the implemented design of management. *Day to Day co-ordination between the administration, finance and maintenance. *To maintain a good liaison with occupants/consumers and cater to their requirements and urgency from time to time. *To make plans, policies and systems to make the township/services financially self-sufficient in maintenance .*To render all efforts to maintain a good liaison between the promoters and the occupants/consumers. *To observe, review on the status of the building, plants, equipment and all miscellaneous activities from time to time and take necessary action depending upon the circumstances.
